Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Colabr8 account and personal data at any time.

How to ask

1. Email hello@colabr8.io from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We confirm it is you, then delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, photo), your sign-in details and your device and notification tokens.

What may be kept

• Care records, schedules and timesheets that belong to your care agency. The agency, not the individual user, controls these. Your name on them is replaced with “Deleted user”.
• Information we must keep by law, for example billing records.

If you are the account owner

Deleting the owner account closes your agency's workspace. Tell us in the email and we will confirm the details with you first.

Clients and family members

Please contact your care agency, because it controls those records.
